Can a lanlord/property manager keep their items in a shed in the back yard?

i live in florida. i moved into a duplex in november2010. my unit has access to the back yard the other tenant does not use the back yard. there are two sheds in the back one very large 40x12 and the 10x10 i use. the large shed is taken by the property manager not landlord. i need that space and feel i pay for it. also i found out today the shed im using is powered by the other duplex!!! the owner of the property lets the "manager" run everything. she will not talk to me. in fact i have a leaking tub faucet thats been costing me 60 or more a month.2300 gals is normal my home is at 7500. they tried to fix it 3 times but blamed the breaksa on me.(i think i know how to turn a water knob) the break is past the valve. "will be a days work" im told. just a lil background so you know what im dealing with! i want the shed i feel i pay for the space how can i get her stuff out. being the homeowner is never available or forwards call to the manager who seems to dislike me because im livid about a 7 month leak. she also comes on the property through a back gate 24hrs a day. she never relocks the gate. i have pitt bulls they are babys but super intimidating when loose not to mention a 500 dollar at large fee for each dog i have three. please help me out with any info
