How do I turn on the NOAA channels on my Cobra MicroTalk LI-6500 WXC?

I started using them lately and wanted to see if the WX (NOAA weather transmit) was working and I went through all the modes on the 2-way radio which the manual said it had the WX function and when I turn it on all the functions pop up and it has WX but the WX mode never came up when i try to switch to it? Help please?!
