report him to a bilaw officer or police as a maker of accessive noise as most towns and cities do have accessive noise laws all night and day, what really get my goat is guys that seem deaf playing car stereos so loud it shake neighborhood windows and walls. how can they hear an ambulance comming up behind them or a train its so loud in that vehicle, deaf people shouldnt be allowed to own stereos period
