How much is the average electric bill in Yakima WA?

I'd like to know the average electric bill (monetary amount) for a small family home or duplex (1-2 bedrooms) with average electronic usage (Tv, computers, etc.) per month. I'm moving there and would like my estimated budget to be accurate. I've searched for this all over but no luck.
