My landlord wants me to show the apartment next door. How much should I charge for showing it?

I live in a duplex and the other side is vacant. My landlord is out of the country and has asked me to show the place next door. I do not have a problem doing this but I want to get a fair payment for doing so. I might show the apartment several times. So would it be better to charge per showing or in one payment?
